Palmdale Amphitheater

This amphitheater was inaugurated in the year 2005 at the Marie Kerr Park. It hosts many concerts, films and events performed by the top performers. Some of the recent acts include Starlight Concert Series, the Village people and Herman’s hermits.

Antelope Valley California Poppy Reserve

This is a huge 1780 acre reserve and with one rain during the period of mid- March to mid- May alters the entire reserve in a huge garden of golden poppies and many other wildflowers.

Fort Tejon State Historic Park

This fort was built in mid – 1800s is a military settlement. Asupply storehouse is located in Grapevine Canyon.  The park offers numerous 400- year-old valley oak trees and hosts a number of activities and programs as well (during/when in the year?).
