Descanso Beach is a great place to snorkel, swim and kayak in the crystal clear water. There are also provisions of showers, restrooms, chair rentals as well as dressing rooms. The beach is closed mid October through mid April. To gain more luxurious amenities, one can opt for Descanso Beach Club. The club is the only seaside bar and restaurant in Avalon.
