Berkeley Arts Festival was started in the year 1997. Berkeley Arts Festival Calendar has been dedicated to notion that every single day in Berkeley is an ‘arts festival’. As of 2009, plannings are going on in full-swing. Artists from all over the world would get the chance to depict their talents; as it happened in the last 12 years. Berkeley Arts Center would be witnessing ‘Works on Paper’ from 2nd of August to 20th of September, 2009.
