The mission of the UC Berkeley Art Museum and Pacific Film Archive is to inspire the creative imagination and ignite certain critical dialogue through film and art. This museum and film archive is a visual arts center of the University of California and offers programs, research resources, collections and global connections too. This museum is considered one of the largest art museums in the United States opening its doors in 1970.
