4th Street can be described as one of the most upscale districts located in Berkeley. Also, it’s amongst the original ones in Bay Area. One would not prefer coming here to purchase things he/she desires, but those which he/she wants. Clothing right from Mall D’ordinaire to Dreary-but-Noble would be found over here. Previously, this region was industrial. Thereafter, low rents in this area drew artisans.
