The Big Bear Solar Observatory is located in Big Bear Lake in California and is operated by the New Jersey Institute of Technology. The main interest of the observatory is the physics of the Sun and the observatory strives to observe the solar phenomena with some of their dedicated telescopes and instruments. There are also some of the positive experiments like an ongoing telescope from the Global Oscillation Network group.
