Palo Verde Historical Museum has a wide collection of genealogical material, local history artifacts, a cactus garden, work done by local artists and a mineral and gem display. The museum has a huge section devoted to the Midland items and also displays old photographs of pioneer families, home furnishings, wagons and farm equipment. The entry to the museum is free of cost and the museum is open from 10 am to 4 pm daily except on Sunday and Monday as they are holidays.
