Cabo San Lucas is a small city to the south of Lower California. With a population of over 40,000, the place has an irresistible combination of the sun, sea and desert. This charming city is the unofficial golf capital of Mexico.
Cabo San Lucas is known to have a classic weather. The summers are warm while the winters are cool, but not chilly. The hottest months are from May to October with the occasional tropical storms. Winters are not crowded and are ideal for savvy tourists.
This small city started with a population of only 400 residents. It considerably developed following the construction of an international airport in 1986. Today, Cabo San Lucas is fast-developing into a major holiday resort.
