One of the best times to visit Carmel-by-the-sea is fall, when the tourists are very few. One of the reasons that there are many tourists here are to shop. This is because the shopping is quite outstanding and there are various shops and galleries which line the streets. Carmel-by-the-Sea experiences a Mediterranean climate. So the weather is fine most time of the year, summer is popular.
