Planes of Fame Museum
It’s one of the aviation museums located in Chino. It was founded in the year 1957 by ‘Edward T. Maloney’; with collection on the initial level being ‘6 aircrafts’. As this collection grew, museum moved to ‘Ontario’ from ‘Claremont’. Ultimately, it got shifted to ‘Chino Airport’ in the year 1973. This museum has gained the reputation for its collection of ‘Japanese Aircraft’.
Yanks Air Museum
Yanks Air Museum can be described as one of the non-profit organizations which focuses in ‘American Aviation’. Around 120 aircrafts are found over here; right from biplanes of 1920s to contemporary jet craft. Exceptional kinds of display are inclusive of Cessna AW, Stearman 4D, North American FJ-1 Fury, American Eagle A-101, Ryan Brougham, and Bell P-39 Airacobra. 2 big display hangers have been placed; which have been kept open to public.
