The 3rd Avenue village is a neighborhood of Chula Vista and is also an ideal place for a stroll. The streets here are lined with trees and are in the heart of Chula Vista. One can enjoy the attractions here like the onstage playhouse and attend the pet feast and doggy dash which is held in the month of January. The district offers the best farmers markets which have live entertainment and plenty to do in a list for the entire family.
