The city of Corona is also known as The Circle City or the Crown City.
The city is located in Riverside County in California State of United States.
The economy of the city is growing rapidly. As a result, faster growth in population can be seen. According to the 2000 census, Corona’s population was 124,966. However, the population increased up to 144,274 by the year 2004.
Corona is surrounded by various cities and towns.
Norco is situated on the northeast, while Cleveland National Forest lies on the southwest of Corona.
Yorba Linda and Chino Hills are located on the western side of Corona.
The unincorporated regions of Riverside County border the city from the remaining sides. Corona experiences hot summers and mild winters.
Due to the influence of the Mediterranean climate, significant rainfall can be experienced during winters.
