Covina lies at the distance of around 35 Km on the eastern side of ‘downtown’ Los Angeles.

Not even a single freeway passes to limits of Covina; in spite of it being concentrated amidst interstate 210 on the northern side, Interstate 10 on the southern side, Interstate 605 on the western side, and State route 57 on the eastern side. In the year 1884, Southern Pacific Railroad reached Covina.

As per US Census Bureau, area of Covina, on the whole, comes out to be 18.1 sq. Km; out of which 0.14%25 consists of water.

Covina receives rainfall of around 18 inches every year. Snowfall does not occur. July proves to be the hottest month; with temperature of around 91 degree F; whereas January proves to be the coolest month; with temperature of around 38 degree F.
