The Colorado River is the best getaway for the locals of El Centro city during the scorching days of summer. This is a very vast piece of water body with fresh cool water. The banks are extremely calm and are used for spending the evenings. Swimming and boating are the key reasons why the people flock here. Fishing is also carried out by some enthusiasts.
