Built in 1964, the Fulton Mall is a six block long outdoor pedestrian mall and is the centerpiece of Central Business District of Fresno. Over here, there are a wide variety of shopping, offices and such services. This mall has been the heart of the downtown Fresno. Moreover, it is bisected by three cross malls along the Kern, Merced and Mariposa streets.
