Los Padres National Forest, which lies on the western and eastern side of CA 33 and US 5 Highways; and on the eastern side of ‘Santa Barbara’, happens to cover are of 1875000 acres in all. One would find loads of wild parks within boundaries of it; like San Rafael, Santa Lucia, and Ventana; apart from 2 areas where condor is amongst protected species. It was created at first in the year 1903.
