Hemet holds back the beauty and importance of historic elements and buildings in their museums. The city has two museums of which the famous Hemet Museum is situated in between Florida Avenue and State Street. The museum exhibits the importance of the local history and houses the photos of ancient Hemet. It is home to aboriginal American artefacts and agricultural displays as well as old pictures of the Ramona Pageant.
