Heritage Park Regional Library gives regional references for the central Orange County while the University Park Library has a huge collection of more than ninety five thousand books including an extensive Chinese collection.
Heritage Park, next to the library, has three attractive pools with ducks, three soccer fields, three basketball courts, one amphitheatre, 11 drinking fountains, 22 barbecues, picnic areas and tables, four restrooms, tennis courts and more.
Pao Fa Temple is one of the largest Buddhist temples in the United States and attracts a number of Vietnamese American and Chinese people for worship. This temple, built in 2002 on the site of a Pacific Bell building, holds a number of Buddhist activities like chanting and meditation.
Verizon Wireless Amphitheatre is a huge complex with an indoor seating capacity of 16,085 and an outdoor seating in the lawn area for 5,911 people. There are several concerts, plays, music performances and more held at the theatre. Since 1987 the amphitheatre has housed the popular Pacific Symphony Orchestra.
