La Jolla Shores beach is a beautiful beach which is situated at the foot of the residential area with the same name. This beach is almost one mile long and stretches from the sea cliffs to the north side of the La Jolla Cove to Black’s Beach. The shores meet the Scripps Institution of Oceanography campus and also the Kellogg Park. It is a popular beach for kayakers and is the only beach with boat launches in the La Jolla Area.
