Tourist Guide Lake Tahoe
The city of Lake Tahoe lies around the beautiful South Lake Tahoe. Due to its location on the borders of California in USA, the city has an extremely beautiful landscape. Lake Tahoe has a population of around 25,000 inhabitants. The earliest inhabitants of this region were the Native Indian tribes, with the Europeans discovering this place only in 1844.
The topography of the area is diverse with a mixed vegetation, mountains, rivers, streams, meadows and wetlands. Lake Tahoe enjoys a pleasant climate throughout the year. The maximum average temperature during the summer months is around 26°C, and the minimum average temperature during the winters is approximately 4°C.
Due to its numerous tourist resorts, skiing areas, recreational facilities and attractions, this city is a perfect tourist destination. Also, the prosperous tourism industry forms the backbone of Lake Tahoe’s economy.
