The Livermore City Lake is the largest water body in the city and the fifth largest in the state of California. The complete area of the lake measured by the Geographical department of the state was around 5 acres. The Livermore City Lake is a fresh water lake and a lot of fishing is done in the lake by the local people for pleasure. During the rainy season various water sports are also organized in the lake.
