Long Beach Playhouse was established in 1929 and is a landmark in the city of Long Beach. Long Beach Playhouse was started with an aim to nurture and cultivate new traditional audiences, as well as emerging and established artists.
Located at 5021 east Anaheim Street, the playhouse produces 16 shows annually with a new play or musical every three weeks on the main stage, or upstairs in the studio theater.
