General opinion: I defiantly recommend Mojave Desert to see the Los Angeles views. This is one of those places that find attractive to a small percentage of people. Mojave Desert is a sight to see. You may think it's nothing but empty sand but there are a lot of things going on in the desert.

Shopping and Souvenirs: It's fantastic, full of shops! It 's always full of tourists at any time of year. It's another world, I didn't want to come back, it was a unique and significant experience that taught me to see various aspects of the world. Do not miss it! It was also much more beautiful than it seemed in films or videos or photos. It's unique, beautiful, special, and what what else can I say, los angeles!

Packing List: It's hot, beautiful, from Beverly Hills 90210 :)) Bring casual, sporty clothes and comfortable, light shoes. It's so nice, completely relaxing, there are smoothies and fruit. Don't miss out the places you have to go to, the maps you get give you lots of information.

Not to miss: It's beautiful, especially Hollywood and the view that you see from a mountain where there is a museum and planetarium, you can see the whole city! I went for 2 days and I would also recommend nearby places like San Diego, it's nice and young and relaxing, and San Francisco.

Best Period to Go: Fall and winter best times to go. Cool and not to cold. The view in the summer on the beaches is outstanding. When my wife was alive we enjoyed most of the parks but now I am on ss and can't afford them.

Surroundings and tours: I would recommend travelling along the coast to California Bay, making a stop at Las Vegas with all the hotels, apart from the casinos. You can try your luck and try to spend little .. there are all kinds of shops, and don't forget the Coca-Cola store with all its gadgets, I think the Hoolywood Studios are interesting.

Not to miss:  The famous Hollywood sign spanning the hills welcomes you to America’s most glamorous city. Grab a hotdog at the authentic eateries or try to catch a glimpse of a millionaire or film star coming out of their Beverly Hill mansions.
The historic Walk of Fame, with its golden stars on the path, honours those who made a difference in acting and music. The walk passes by the impressive Grauman’s Chinese Theatre with its bells and pagodas. Also nearby is the 3,400 seat Kodak Theatre which is the permanent home of the Oscars and other events like American Idol. The theatre’s ... More stage is one of the largest in the USA.
Experience true American nightlife at the billboard-filled Sunset Strip at Sunset Boulevard, drive down to the Zuma Beach in Malibu, shop at Santa Monica Pier or visit the Hollywood Bowl, which has dished out some of the world’s best music concerts. The Universal Studios treats you to a delightful tour into the world of special effects.

General opinion:  Los Angeles, home of the world’s superstars, is a world-class city in California, USA. It is the largest city of the state and the second largest in the country, with a population of more than four million people.
The city enjoys a Mediterranean climate with mild, wet winters (ranging around 18°C) and hot, humid summers (around 28°C but it can get up to 40°C on occasions).  Los Angeles’ proximity to the Pacific Ocean, results in it receiving cool breezes that temper the temperatures. The region lies in an earthquake-prone zone.
The city is the seat of the Los ... More Angeles County and is served by the Los Angeles International Airport, which is the fifth busiest airport in the world. The Los Angeles- Long Beach Harbour is the third largest container shipping port in the world.
Los Angeles has received global fame owing to its motion picture and music industry.

General opinion:  The Zale Map... Ask for it by name. The Zale Map's history (Short story version) As a former street performer on the Hollywood Walk Of Fame, I would get asked on a daily basis "Where is the star for Elvis?" or "How many stars are on the Walk Of Fame?" or "Doe's so-and-so have a star?" I knew both locations for Elvis of course (the original at (E-13) and its relocation to (G-1) on The Zale Map) but, I hate to admit it, in many cases, I hadn't a clue. My Mission Then an idea that I began as a kid but shelved due to its massive undertaking came back to mind. So I pulled it off the shelf, ... More dusted it off and went to work. I set out with my video camera and filmed from Hollywood and Gower, to Vine, to Sunset, back to Hollywood and down to La Brea, then back to Vine, up to Yucca, back to Hollywood and finally back to Gower, stopping at each and every star and catching live video as well as a still frame to cross reference for the exact address. This took me several days. I then sat at my Lap Top with my hand drawn map as well as a true to scale map, and the internet maps and watched the video, freeze framing every star and locating it on my hand drawn map as well as the true to scale map. I must have cross reverenced each star at least 3 to 4 times, accuracy a must. The entire project too me over 2 and a half months (75 days to be exact) but, finally, here it is... The Zale Map I must say it is thrilling to have put together the first and only map that has all *2,454 stars chronicled precisely, I hope you enjoy. *NOTE* Click here for the latest star recipient update. On behalf of Hollywood, I would like to say, welcome to our city and may it be your best vacation ever!
