Griffith Park
Griffith Park is a huge municipal park situated at the east end of the Santa Monica Mountains in Los Angeles. Covering an area of 4,210 acres, this is the largest urban parks in North America. Some of the activities carried out here are horseback riding, picnic, bike riding, camping, tennis, golf, swimming and even jogging. Some of the point of interest here are the Bird Sanctuary, the Ferndell Nature Museum, Hollywood sign and the statuary.
