Los Angeles: Streets, Squares and Neighbourhoods

East Los Angeles is also known as East L.A or the Eastside. This is the portion of the Los Angeles city and lies to the east of Los Angeles River and Downtown Los Angeles.  Also, geographically, this term East L. A can either refer to the region or to the unincorporated community of East Los Angeles.  Many of the neighborhoods of East Los Angeles house large Latino population.
