Malibu can be described as one of the incorporated cities located in the western region of ‘Los Angeles, i.e. LA County, California, US’.
This place can be described as a 34 Km strip along Pacific Ocean. It is one of the beachfront communities known for its sandy, warm beaches; and also for being home to a number of movie stars; along with the others linked with entertainment industries of ‘Southern California’.
Majority of natives of Malibu reside within some hundred ‘yards’ of ‘Pacific Coast Highway’ that goes on to traverse the city.
This city has been bordered by ‘Topanga Canyon’ on the eastern side, ‘Santa Monica Mountains’ on the northern side, Pacific Ocean on the southern side, and ‘Ventura County’ on the western side.
As per US Census Bureau, Malibu’s total area consists of 261.5 sq. Km; out of which 80.32% consists of water.
Climate is humid. So, it’s advisable to pay a visit during winter.
