Escondido Canyon Park is one of the most popular destinations in the city of Malibu, California. The park is nestled in the hills, overlooking the glorious Pacific and Catalina Island. The hike is interesting and offers several picturesque views of the various levels of waterfalls with a lightly wooded path. The trail through the park takes hikers, equestrians and mountain bikers 4.2 miles through beautiful oak woodland, riparian woodland as well as Coastal sage scrub to a magnanimous multi-tiered 150-foot Waterfall which is the highest among the Santa Monica Mountains.
