Solstice Canyon Park features an education shelter, a small amphitheater and open to the public. It was closed after it was damaged due to the Corral Fire in 2007. The entrance to this amazing park is on Corral Canyon Road. The park is run by the National Park Service and there are numerous hiking trails which lead to a waterfall and a pond. Solstice is a place where nature greets the visitors with sights and sounds of babbling brook. It is also believed that the Chumash used the land for food, water and shelter.
