This beach is a part of the Monterey Bay which is a windswept beach area. This beach is known for its water activities that can be considered as recreation. Most famous are hand gliding and paragliding. A separate area has been reserved only for walking. During high tides surfing is also carried out here. The sunset view from here is very famous.
