Lake Mendocino can be stated as the lake set amidst oak groves and rolling hills of ‘Mendocino County’ adjacent to HQ of Russian River, which is extremely picturesque. This lake lies at the point where Wine Country of Northern California begins. Also, it stands near splendid redwood forests; thereby being much closer to Pacific Ocean. From northern San Francisco, one would take around 2.5 hours to reach Mendocino Lake.
