Monrovia Canyon Park can be described as one of the wilderness parks located in Monrovia; on the southern side of Angeles National Forest border. This park goes on to emphasize nature, thereby permitting activities that are compatible with least interference to wildlife like picnicking and hiking. Canyon Park encompasses a ‘Nature Center’ containing displays of plant communities and local wildlife.
