Morro Bay is a fishing port for rockfish, albacore, halibut and sole. In 1940s, the city developed an abalone fishing industry. There are also fishing trips which are arranged with group tours and fishing lessons too. What’s more, there are charter boats that offer many fishing facilities for all fishing enthusiasts. Along with the residents, the tourists can enjoy many activities too.
