The Morro Bay Public Library has various books which are provided for seven days without any cost. However, there are rental fees. There are fund raisers and some generous contributors who, helped increase the library services to the general public. Moreover, the library has a nonprofit organization, establishing and maintaining an association of persons interested in libraries.
