Murrieta can be described as a city located in Riverside County’s south-western portion, in California, US.
Murrieta is hugely residential, as far as its character is concerned. Moreover, it’s regarded as bedroom community, with huge numbers of residents traveling to and fro to Orange and San Diego counties.
Murrieta has been bounded by ‘Temecula’ on the southern side, and Wildomar and Menifee, i.e. newly-incorporated cities on the northern side.
Population of Murrieta started increasing from the year 1882. It was the time when a depot was constructed at this place. This depot linked Murrieta with transcontinental route of Southern California Railroad. By the end of the year 1890, around 800 people came to stay over here.

July happens to be the hottest month; with temperature of around 97 degree F; whereas January witnesses the lowest temperature, i.e. 36 degree F.
