One of the attractions in Newport Beach is the pier area which runs from 18th street to 21st street and beyond. It is a place offering whirlwind of activities most weekends. People of all ages frequently visit the pier on foot, bikes and skates. Some are locals and some are tourists. There is also a parking space here and shops and restaurants.
