Irvine Park Railroad was founded in 1996 and is situated in a beautiful park, named the Irvine Regional Park. The train is one third scale train which takes people of all ages on a scenic 12 minute ride through the 477 acre park. This ride is narrated by the engineer. The park railroad events are the Pumpkin Patch, Easter Eggstravaganza, Christmas Train and Anniversary Celebrations.
