Tourist Guide Pebble Beach
Pebble beach, better known as a resort destination is a small coastal unincorporated community having a population of 4,531 in Monterey County.
In technical terms Pebble beach is not a city rather it is a corporation owned by the Pebble Beach Company. Residents therefore pay homeowners' fees instead of city property taxes.
Some part of the area is administered by a non- profit organization named the Del Monte Forest Foundation which is designated by the Monterey County and the California Coastal Commission and also comprises of board of 12 volunteering members.
Pebble beach is situated on the Monterey Peninsula and is bordered by Carmel-by-the-Sea in the south, Pacific Grove in the north, the City of Monterey and Pacific Ocean in the west.
Apart from the Pebble Beach Company there are few businesses and one important event here is Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance auto show.
