California Citrus Park happens to preserve certain rapidly fading cultural landscape of citrus industry. It also narrates story of role of this industry in development as well as history of California. This park, in fact, recaptures time when ‘Citrus was King’ in California. Thus, significance of citrus industry within southern California is being recognized.
