The buzz of running Sacramento is alive inside City Hall on “I” Street where an historic clock tower keeps the city employees on schedule. Whether it’s in the Mayor’s office for a press conference or inside the Sacramento City Council Chambers where councilmembers debate and vote on impending decisions, it’s all constantly in motion to serve the half a million residents of the state capitol.
