Tour car history in the making while viewing individual cars from various eras manufactured throughout the world at the California Automotive Museum. See a 1923 Studebaker, a 1908 Ford Model Touring Car, a 1930 Chevy 454 Dragster and numerous other fully-restored automobiles and antique bicycles. Car enthusiasts who want to learn more about engines and brakes and the workings of an automobile as well as car photography techniques can sign up for educational classes offered at the museum. Educational school tours and car club tours are also available. The museum is located on Front Street in Sacramento. Admission is $8 for adults and $4 for students. Hours are 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. seven days a week and until 9 p.m. the third Thursday of each month.
