Sacramento: Streets, Squares and Neighbourhoods

Downtown Sacramento can be described as a west-central region of Sacramento. The definition goes such that it’s the region located on the southern side of American River, on the eastern side of Sacramento River, northern side of Broadway, and western side of ‘16th Street’. Downtown Sacramento is, at present, undergoing revitalization.  California State Capitol Building lies over here.
