The Maritime Museum got established in 1948 in San Diego, California. This amazing museum preserves one of the largest collections of historic sea vessels seen in the United States.

One can visit this museum in the San Diego Bay and see the Star of India, an 1893 iron bark, other than visiting the MacMullen Library and Research Archives.

The museum restores, maintains and operates historic vessels.
