Point Loma is a seaside neighborhood of San Diego in California. This neighborhood is a hilly peninsula which is actually bordered on the west and south by the Pacific Ocean and to the east by the San Diego Bay and the old town. To the north, it is bordered by the San Diego River. The population of Point Loma was 45,887 as per the 200 census, reaching 92,106 in 2008.
