San Francisco is worth exploring at any time of the year. San Francisco‘s weather is characterized by mild, wet winters and dry summers, although the local weather patterns are often unpredictable.
The prime tourist season is Summer, although Summer comes late in San Francisco, which sees its warmest days in September and October and it is usually made quite cool by the city’s characteristic fog, created by the combination of cold ocean water and the high heat of the mainland.
Don’t miss the breathtaking view of the white fog, filling the Golden Gate as the sunset lights up the sunset. Snow is extraordinarily rare and rain is persistent in winter. In general, temperatures will be mild in April and October.
