Built in 1952, the Santa Ana Zoo has been a unique and an educational and recreational resource for Orange County residents. Spread over a twenty acre of site, it focuses on animals and plants of Central and South America. The zoo is host to more than 270,000 people annually. The zoo is owned and is operated by the Santa Ana city. The zoo is accredited by the Association of Zoos and Aquariums. Open daily, this amazing zoo has major exhibits like Monkey row, Crean Family Farm. Amazon’s Edge and Colors of the Amazon Avairy. This is a fun place for the entire family to have fun and rediscover the natural world wonders.
