The Arlington Theater is known as the largest movie theaters in Santa Barbara, California. This is also the principal performing arts place in the city.
There are routine screenings and artists, other than events which are directly linked with the annual Santa Barbara International Film Festival. The theater has been rebuilt and shifted to many locations, with the present location built in 1976.
Designed in Spanish Colonial Revival and Mission Revival styles, the place is worth exploring for its architectural work art.
