At center of ‘Third Street’, one would find free-standing pavilions resembling Victorian greenhouses; having aged brass roofs. There are also various colorful boxes blooming on several ledges; apart from an abundance of trees. Also, bright flowers go on to dangle from powder-blue, old-fashioned street lamps. As traffic isn’t permitted on this portion, pedestrians are found in plenty.
