Tourist Guide St. Helena
St. Helena City is situated in the center of Napa Valley which is well-known for producing wine. The city is situated about 65 miles towards north San Francisco. St. Helena City was integrated as a city in 1876 and it was again incorporated in 1889. The city had rendered service as a rural agricultural center in the beginning. After many years, due to the growth and expansion of the wine industry, St. Helena transformed to an important banking and business hub for the wine industry. Tourists from different parts of the world visit the city because of the wine industry and the beautiful area. The significant aim of the city is to retain the atmosphere of the small-town and to offer best services to its citizens. St. Helena is a city that functions under the government of a Council-City Manager and it is a General Law City. The City Manager controls and directs different municipal services and departments through the Department Heads.
