Torrance city had been incorporated on an official basis in the month of May in the year 1921. The very 1st residential avenue that had been created over here had been ‘Gramercy’. Andreo was the second one. These areas lie in the region which is widely referred to as ‘Old Town Torrance’. This section, in particular, is being reviewed for being classified as historical district.
