Tourist Guide Trinity Center
Trinity Center can be described as a petite unincorporated community located in county of Trinity, California.
Trinity Center lies at an approximate distance of 47 Km on the northern side of Weaverville. Trinity Lake is a well-known tourist destination over here; especially during summers. One would also find a marina, few restaurants, numerous campgrounds, community church, and small resort at Trinity Center.
Trinity Center, a town of historic importance, had been founded in the year 1851 in the form of ‘stage stop’ with respect to travelers who headed towards north. At present, it lies underneath the lake. This lake got formed after Trinity River Dam getting built in the year 1961. Some of them, inclusive of IOOF building, were moved to current location. This place was famous as a ‘gold mining town’.
Summer season would prove to be the best period to pay a visit.
Population of Trinity Center has been estimated to be 759.
